Poetry #50

THREE POEMS IN ONE
Reverse Poetry and Limerick

—〣—

        i have always wanted to disown you,
        so, don’t believe when i say,
        you’re a child so precious i treasure,
        for the truth is,
        i abhorred almost every second of your existence.
        i regret every time i’m reminded,
        A CHILD RESULTED FROM BEING MUTE,
        you may be
        the greatest mistake i have done.
        when frazzled, i prattled on
        the truth of all these;
        that you’re a burden to bear,
        and i want you gone
        i should have aborted you.
        and it’s repentant to say
        i live and continue in life
        when you are after all the reason why
        I JUST HAD TO BEAR A SIN SO MASSIVE.
        my thoughts are fixated to that,
        not realizing one imperative,
        you continued exerting effort then but
        THE CRY FOR RIGHTS IS ABORTIVE.
        i simply loathe the fact that
        you were born
        with a rapist as a father,
        WHILE THE WORLD WAS BLINDED OF THAT TRUTH.
        i truly desire to leave you even
        so don’t think that
        i can love you enormously,
        when the truth is,
        i have been disgusted of you;
        inevitable from the very beginning,
        FOR I AM BUT A RAPED PROSTITUTE.

Prattle: the poetry within was just an attempt to limerick poetry since i am not very much capable of counting stresses. i was able to follow only the rhyme scheme.
